Thank you for shopping with Lylah Health. We want you to feel confident when placing an order with us, so please review our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds on Food and Consumable Products

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Lylah Health does not accept returns or issue refunds for food, supplement, or other consumable products once an order has been placed, shipped, or delivered.

This policy is in place for health, safety, and quality-control reasons. Because our products are intended for consumption, we cannot resell or restock items after they have left our facility or fulfillment partner.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer refunds for general returns, we will review issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution may be appropriate. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Shipping Issues

Lylah Health is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your carrier, neighbors, front office, mailroom, or local delivery location first.

If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to help you review the available tracking information.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled, the order will remain final and will not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription product, you are responsible for managing, skipping, pausing, or canceling your subscription before the next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed, it is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.

Final Sale Items

All Lylah Health products are considered final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
